This recipe has a special memory.
My husband and I tried this roasted provolone for the first time on our honeymoon. And what we thought looked like an odd menu item turned out to be a favorite addition to our recipe book.
This recipe is quick and easy for a fast addition to dinner. But it also makes an incredible impression as an appetizer for a party. The delectable flavors will stay with you forever.
