1 Tbsp Parsley finely chopped
½ Cup white cooking Wine
2 Boxes Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1 Semolina bread
Directions
In a large mixing bowl add salt, pepper and flour to the beef cubes. Mix well
Chop onion, carrots, and potatoes into cubes. Set aside
Spray a large saucepan with Pam cooking spray to avoid the flour sticking
On medium heat, add ½ cup olive oil, garlic chips, garlic powder, and chives. Mix well and cook for 1 min

Add coated Beef cubes to the large saucepan. Mix well to incorporate all the oil and seasonings in the pan. Mix for approx. 2-3 minutes until beef cubes begin to brown slightly

Add 2 Tbsp Grave Master (thickening agent). Mix well. Cook for 15 minutes
Add Chopped Vegetables and finely chopped parsley. Mix well and cover
Cook stew for 2 Hours mixing in between (every 15-20 minutes)
While the stew cooks, prep your dipping bread. Slice Semolina bread or your bread of choice. Lay on a parchment paper lined tray and toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden and crunchy
Ladle the Hearty Beef Stew into a bowl with a side of crunchy bread for dipping and serve your family some love!

Recipe Note
* My husband loves white rice as a base for this stew! Simply boil or microwave the rice. scoop the rice onto the bottom of the plate or wide bowl and then simply ladle the beef stew on top of the rice!
* Not a slow cooker recipe, inorder for this stew to thicken, it needs to be cooked in a large pot.
* If you are using tomato sauce that is somewhat watery and not thick, add 1-2 more Tbsp of flour to the stew 30 minutes into cooking.
